We are looking for a skilled Coaching Professional to join our team at CV-Library in Carlisle, Cumbria. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a permanent full-time basis.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In this position, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfill their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business.

You will take professional pride in your role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful teaching, learning and assessment.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deliver outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfill their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business.
  • Take professional pride in your role and embrace continuous professional development opportunities in support of delivering innovative and impactful teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Assess and monitor learner progress & performance in line with standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence.
  • Develop learners that are innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers, through designing and delivering learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence.
