We are recruiting for a talented Talent Mentor to join our team at CV-Library in Carlisle, Cumbria. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a permanent full-time basis.

The estimated salary for this role is £34,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a Talent Mentor, you will be responsible for providing expert coaching and mentorship to our learners, helping them to achieve their goals and develop their skills and knowledge.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert coaching and mentorship to learners.
  • Developing learners that are innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers.
  • Delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners.
  • Assessing and monitoring learner progress & performance in line with standards and legislative requirements.
