Cultivate Change in Your Community as a Volunteer Coordinator
About the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual to fill the role of Community Wellbeing Volunteer Coordinator. In this dynamic position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our community support groups.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. You will work collaboratively with our team to establish and facilitate support groups that foster a sense of belonging and promote overall wellbeing among community members.
In recognition of your hard work and dedication, you can expect a salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum. Additionally, you will enjoy access to a range of benefits, including a free Diploma in Counselling Skills Course (subject to availability and terms & conditions). As a valued member of our team, you will also participate in regular training and professional development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and facilitating community support groups
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, volunteers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate logistics and resources for support group activities
- Collaborate with the Refresh Coach to ensure seamless delivery of support services
