Support Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to support our over 55 Lunch club and activities coordinator in providing enriched experiences at Whittington Park Community Association.
As a Support Volunteer Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our elderly community members.
The Lunch club runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and we are looking for someone who can commit to a regular volunteering opportunity of around an hour a week.
With specialist training provided (adult safeguarding, food hygiene etc.), you will be equipped to support our team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
You will be working effectively in a team environment, enjoying a good conversation, and developing your communication skills.
Knowing that you are making a difference, contributing to the wellbeing and social engagement of our Elders' community, lunch from our freshly cooked set menu from the community café, feeling valued as part of a team, and developing your communication skills.
Salary: £9.50 per hour (based on a 3-hour commitment)
