Hourly Rate: £12.66

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team. As a Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Processing invoices and payments in accordance with our procedures.
  • Assisting in the preparation and amendment of payment schedules and liaising with clients/suppliers.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and information.
  • Assisting in financial monitoring and control.
  • Administering departmental systems in relation to payments or income due from clients.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Accurate numeracy skills to ensure correct information is inputted.
  • Ability to check and reconcile computer data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to input and retrieve information from computer systems.
  • Effective organisational skills, with the ability to plan, develop, and prioritise work.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, using initiative.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with using an Oracle database.
  • Familiarity with Schools FMS.
