Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Reed. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial administration, excellent numeracy skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts, process invoices, and maintain financial records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Process payments and collections, ensuring timely and efficient financial transactions.
  • Prepare and amend payment schedules, and liaise with clients and suppliers as needed.
  • Administer departmental systems related to payments and income from clients.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated accurate numeracy skills for correct data input.
  • Ability to check and reconcile computer data.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for data input and retrieval.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, develop, and prioritise work.
  • Effective communication skills to present information verbally and in writing to various audiences.
