Financial Operations Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract
To work as part of a team to ensure high volumes of financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify all financial disbursements received daily against the ledger to ensure accuracy and prevent duplication.
- Manage a shared mailbox and categorize all emails into relevant folders for prompt attention.
- Implement individual client requirements in accordance with established procedures.
- Process refunds and credits in an efficient manner.
- Assist with financial payment runs on a rotational basis.
- Regularly check and post the HMCTS Court Fee Invoice on a rotational basis.
- Focus on reducing unpaid disbursements when time allows.
- Identify opportunities to improve and develop internal procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and the team leader to brainstorm areas for improvement and simplification.
- Requirements
- Proficiency in IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Capacity to prioritize high volumes of work.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
