Child Psychologist Position

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning CAMHS team in Lincolnshire. As a Child Psychologist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing specialist assessment and intervention to children and young people experiencing moderate to severe mental health difficulties.
The role involves working closely with psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, and mental health nurses to deliver evidence-based interventions using Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). You will receive clinical supervision and guidance from a Highly Specialist Child Clinical Psychologist.
You will have the opportunity to complete additional training and develop your skills in a supportive and inclusive environment. The trust values diversity and promotes equal opportunities for all staff.
This is a Band 7/8a position, offering a salary of £43,772 - £53,951 per annum. Benefits include competitive annual leave allowance, childcare vouchers, and access to a range of training and development opportunities.
