Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior B2B Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Recruitics. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive growth and adoption of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and own go-to-market plans for multiple product areas, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our market, customers, and competitors to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to develop product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with customers and the market.
- Use industry, market, and competitive intelligence to inform go-to-market campaigns globally and locally.
- Develop and maintain a sales enablement bill of materials, building a growing set of marketing tools and content to support demand generation, client lifecycle marketing, and sales and account development.
- Work closely with the Product Management and Product Marketing leadership team, sales reps, and internal subject-matter experts to effectively represent the customer perspective.
- 5 years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization, enterprise software, or SaaS/Cloud.
- Product Marketing Alliance Core or equivalent certified.
- Bias for action and ability to define and execute go-to-market plans.
- Understanding of different cultures and ability to adjust communication style and working practices to accommodate different levels within the organization.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Positive relationship ethos with sales, account management, product, and marketing orgs.
- Critical and structured thinking, with ability to absorb information and arrive at a position to influence others quickly.
- Excellent time management skills and high organization, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Active learner with ability to make independent observations and connect the dots.
- Flexibility to accommodate a global organization.
