Key Responsibilities- Develop and own go-to-market plans for multiple product areas, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our market, customers, and competitors to inform go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with product management and leadership teams to craft and implement product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with customers and the market.
- Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns globally and locally, leveraging industry, market, and competitive intelligence.
- Work closely with sales reps and internal subject-matter experts to effectively represent the customer perspective and drive business results.
- Evolve and optimize go-to-market approaches and execution based on results and partner inputs.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in a B2B organization, enterprise software, or SaaS/Cloud.
- Product Marketing Alliance Core or equivalent certification.
- Bias for action and ability to define and execute go-to-market plans.
- Understanding of different cultures and ability to adjust communication style and working practices to accommodate different levels within the organization.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments and high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Positive relationship ethos with sales, account management, product, and marketing teams.
- Critical and structured thinking, with ability to absorb information and arrive at a position to influence others quickly.
- Excellent time management skills and high organizational ability, with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Active learner with ability to make independent observations and connect the dots.
- Flexibility to accommodate a global organization.
