Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and grow our existing client base
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Requirements
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic to advanced sales training and product knowledge
  • Right to work in the UK
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.15 plus uncapped commission. All earnings are paid weekly. We provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow and succeed in your role.
