Join Our Team as a Senior Theatre Nurse / ODP

We are seeking an experienced Senior Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our theatre team, working closely with our friendly and passionate team to deliver high-quality care to patients undergoing a range of surgical procedures.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced theatre nurse to take on a leadership role within our team, utilizing their skills and expertise to contribute to the smooth operation of our theatres. The successful candidate will have a strong background in theatre nursing, preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the UK, and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and preparing theatre lists to optimize resource utilization and minimize delays.
  • Work collaboratively with the theatre team to provide high-quality patient care across scrub and recovery areas.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information on IT systems.
  • Ensure patient care areas are safe and well-maintained, adhering to strict protocols.
  • Maintain the safe custody of medications and controlled drugs.
