Senior Practitioner Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Restore Practitioner. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about transforming the lives of vulnerable children.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and containment to residential staff, while also facilitating and participating in the life of the school. You will have the opportunity to model excellent practice and make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Oasis Restore offers a unique and exciting opportunity for someone with experience in children's residential care, youth justice, social work, therapies, or teaching. You will have the chance to work in a revolutionary environment that creates potential for young people to thrive in the future.
The salary for this role is £42,692 per annum, which includes a £5,250.00 Restore Management allowance and a £6,531 Unsocial Hours Allowance payment (subject to eligibility criteria). Plus, you will be eligible for the Local Government Pension Scheme.
