Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Operating Department Practitioner to join our esteemed client's theatre department in Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the scrub role in consultant-led orthopaedic surgeries, managing people and processes within the theatre environment, and supporting the development and training of junior staff.

Requirements
• At least 2 years of orthopaedic scrub experience
• Proven ability to manage people and work effectively in a team
• Current NMC/HCPC registration
• Desirable: Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA)
