**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Salesperson to join our agency team. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, developing agency relationships, and ensuring seamless sales coverage.

**Responsibilities**

  • **Sales Coverage**: Provide seamless sales coverage for clients during periods of leave, ensuring continuity of service and meeting revenue goals.
  • **Agency Programs**: Develop and execute agency development programs, including education sessions and workshops, to enhance understanding of Reddit's value proposition and advertising solutions.
  • **Relationship Management**: Foster and expand existing relationships within agencies to drive deeper partnerships and revenue growth.
  • **Revenue Generation**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within agency accounts to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to agency partnerships and provide feedback to improve Reddit's offerings and sales strategies.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with a strong background in digital media or advertising.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of agency dynamics and experience in agency relationship management.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Deep knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and emerging trends.
