About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that shifts are planned with Residential Support Workers, managing risks in line with company policies and procedures, and communicating effectively with the team. They will also be responsible for providing reports and documentation that reflects the progress of the young person using our paperless systems and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage shifts with Residential Support Workers
  • Ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with company policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with the team regarding plans for the day
  • Provide reports and documentation that reflects the progress of the young person
Requirements:
  • Full manual driving licence
  • Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Sound working knowledge of current legislation, e.g., Children's Homes Regulations 2015
