Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Assistant to join our team at Route 2 Associates Ltd. in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- First Impressions: Greet and welcome visitors and clients, providing a professional and warm first impression.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and managing meeting room schedules, as well as assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office supply management.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organised, and presentable, reflecting the company's image.
- Team Support: Provide general support to the management team and colleagues as needed, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative attitude.
Requirements & Skills:
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role is preferred, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring efficient management of tasks and responsibilities.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Attitude: Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
