As a Radio Producer, you'll spend part of your time running Free Flow, a show that's all about helping our listeners to develop their creative skills. You'll work alongside a small, high-performing staff team to make life-changing programmes for broadcast into prison cells across the country on National Prison Radio.

We're the charity that developed and runs National Prison Radio, the world's first national radio station for people in prison. We've won several awards, including a Gold Award at the radio industry's prestigious ARIAS, and we're looking for someone with a proven track record in producing and editing high-quality radio.

As a Radio Producer, you'll be responsible for producing and editing high-quality radio content, working with a team to create engaging and informative programmes. You'll need to have excellent administrative skills, empathy, flexibility, and editing skills. Occasional travel to other prisons across the country may be required.
