Hotel Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hotel Receptionist at London Chigwell Prince Regent Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western.

As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring a seamless check-in process, and assisting guests throughout their stay with any queries or requests.

You will handle incoming calls, make reservations, and provide guests with information about the hotel and local area. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

You should be computer literate and able to operate hotel reservation systems, possess a high level of attention to detail, and have a positive and professional attitude.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. You should have a positive attitude, be proactive and approachable, and possess a strong sense of professionalism.

You will have prior experience working in a similar role, with knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems. You should have excellent computer skills and be proficient in using software such as MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.

London Chigwell Prince Regent Hotel, Signature Collection By Best Western is a superbly located hotel, within walking distance of Woodford train station, and close to the O2, Epping Forest, and the Olympic Park.

The hotel has 62 bedrooms, a chic wedding venue, and five meeting rooms with capacity for up to 350 delegates. We host hundreds of events each year and our key clients return year after year.
