Hotel Receptionist Vacancy

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team at JW Lees Careers. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling reservations and room allocations, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests and visitors to the Hotel
  • Manage face-to-face, online, and telephone bookings
  • Check all reservations and room allocations
  • Handle guest queries and requirements
  • Check guests in and out of the Hotel
  • Prepare restaurant reservations
  • Maintain occupancy levels on the computer system
  • Manage the computer system, including room rates and changes
  • Deal with customer requirements, complaints, and service issues
  • Handle cash and card payments
  • Ensure a safe environment in which to work; report any hazards or maintenance defects immediately
