Job Title: Head of Digital Products, Biologics Operations

Lonza is a global leader in life sciences, operating across three continents. We're seeking an experienced Head of Digital Products to lead our Global Biologics Digital team and sub-teams in evolving digital systems and technologies to operationally and technically advance our Development and Manufacturing services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the digital strategy for Biologics, aligning with overall Divisional business goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process optimization.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive digital transformation across the business division, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and digital processes.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance digital literacy and skills across the division.
  • Member of the Lonza Digital Council.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science, or related science fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in Biopharma and/or Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing.
  • 7+ years of experience supervising direct reports and ability to lead and manage organizational change effectively.
  • Preferred Agile/SCRUM certification.
  • Broad knowledge of digital technologies, including mobile technologies, Internet of Things, Data Science, cybersecurity, and innovation management methods.
