Job Title: Head of Digital Products, Biologics Operations

Lonza is a global leader in life sciences, operating across three continents. We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our Global Biologics Digital team and drive digital transformation across the division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital strategy for Biologics that aligns with overall Divisional business goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital innovation and process optimization.
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive digital transformation across the business division.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance digital literacy and skills across the division.
  • Member of the Lonza Digital Council.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science, or related science fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in Biopharma and/or Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing.
  • 7+ years of experience supervising direct reports and ability to lead and manage organizational change effectively.
  • Preferred Agile/SCRUM certification.
