Early Years Educator

Established in the heart of Camden, Marylebone Services is a reputable Nursery seeking a skilled Early Years Practitioner to join their team as a keyworker. This TERM TIME role requires 30 hours of work per week, ensuring only those committed to this schedule should apply.
The successful candidate will be working with children aged 2 - 4 years, providing high-quality services that cater to their unique needs. To excel in this position, applicants must possess a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification and at least 2 years of experience in a Nursery setting. Strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of Ofsted requirements, safeguarding & EYFS are also essential.
A typical day for the Early Years Practitioner involves working collaboratively with colleagues, adhering to established policies and procedures, and implementing innovative ideas to ensure exceptional care and support for the children. Ensuring the daily running of the rooms efficiently and maintaining effective relationships with parents and staff members are also key responsibilities.
