The successful candidate will support the class teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the needs of EYFS students.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the class teacher in creating a safe, inclusive environment that promotes both social and academic development for all pupils.
  2. Provide one-to-one or small group support to children with varied needs, ensuring every child receives personalized care and attention.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an EYFS or Early Years setting, which is essential for this role. As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in fostering an inclusive and engaging classroom, enabling our students to thrive socially, emotionally, and academically.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive daily rate of £85 - £120 (PAYE or Umbrella) and a chance to work within an OFSTED-rated 'Outstanding' setting. You will also benefit from education and training provided by us.
