**What we offer**

**What the Level 3 Early Years Educator role entails**

Welcome to the heart of Kido, where passion, ambition and people are at the core of everything we do. As a Qualified Early Years Educator you’ll be more than just an Educator; you’ll be an ambassador for our values, and a gatekeeper for our vibrant culture.

Your primary focus will be creating a safe and inspiring learning environment where every child thrives. You’ll be a team player ensuring that you and your team meet the unique needs of each child. You’ll collaborate with your team to plan, organise and execute engaging activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the Kido curriculum. An ability to effectively communicate with parents, children and colleagues will empower you to deliver the best experience possible.

You’ll be an integral part of setting the stage for curiosity and exploration, utilising both indoor and outdoor spaces. With a hands-on approach and with great attention to detail, you’ll deliver exceptional experiences throughout the children's learning journeys within our nursery. You’ll take ownership for observing and assessing your key children, and you’ll work with the child, colleagues and parents to set individualised goals.
