Job Summary:

Taylor Root is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our global procurement team, you will play a critical role in negotiating vendor contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and managing legal risks associated with procurement activities across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and draft procurement contracts with vendors on a global basis
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in procurement activities
  • Manage legal risks associated with procurement activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of PQE commercial experience at a reputable firm or similar in-house role
  • Proven track record of negotiating and drafting complex contracts
  • Strong understanding of procurement laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
