The Role

We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team for a three-month period. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service, driving sales, and meeting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized styling experiences and provide thorough product knowledge to customers
  • Drive sales and meet performance metrics, including sales per hour, conversion percentage, and revenue to target
  • Educate customers on Mejuri's brand story and stay informed on all products, latest launches, and specialized services
  • Work collaboratively with a team of motivated and collaborative individuals who share our corporate mission
  • Champion Mejuri's core values, including customer obsession, empowerment, and a commitment to excellence
  • Assist in efficiently transacting customers with accuracy and diligence
  • Support in executing all OMNI business services, including purchases, returns, exchanges, phone sales, and online returns
  • Support in maintaining store appearance and inventory through day-to-day upkeep of visual displays and participation in monthly inventory counts
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of store operations and identify areas for growth and development
Requirements
  • Ability to connect with customers in a warm and authentic way, making them feel comfortable and valued
  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening to effectively deliver on customer needs and work as a team
  • Ability to learn and retain relevant product knowledge to suggest and style for customers
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems in the moment to deliver on customer and business needs effectively
  • Ability to meet and exceed key performance indicators, including sales per hour, conversion percentage, and revenue to target
  • Ability to pay attention to customer feedback, trends, and share insights with management
  • Great attention to detail and a highly organized working style, with a strong sense of initiative
  • Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time
  • History of successfully participating in and contributing to a positive team working environment
