The Role

We're seeking a Seasonal Sales Stylist to join our team for a three-month period. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service, driving sales, and meeting performance metrics. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized styling experiences and product knowledge to exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized styling experiences and product knowledge
  • Drive sales and meet performance metrics, including sales per hour, conversion percentage, and revenue to target
  • Educate customers on our brand story, products, and services
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives
  • Champion Mejuri's core values and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment
