Administrative Support Specialist

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled administrative professional to join our FA Education team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and monitoring DBS and RTW checks across the FA Education casual workforce.
- Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the FA Learning casual staff database.
- Developing and implementing procedures to improve HR efficiency.
- Cultivating positive relationships with internal stakeholders and teams.
- Supporting the training and education of staff to enhance HR capabilities.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of an FAE Operating Manual.
- Working on various project management tasks and system developments.
- Providing administrative support to the Business Administration Coordinators (finance).
- Adhering to data protection guidelines and maintaining confidentiality.
