Job Description

Job Title: Programme Evaluator/Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Programme Evaluator/Coach to join our team at ITEC Skills & Employment. As a Programme Evaluator/Coach, you will be responsible for assessing learner progress, providing guidance and support throughout their training journey, and ensuring they achieve their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with IV system and Award Body records as per codes of practice.
  • Accurately record learner progress and interactions with SMART action plans on Smart Assessor, meeting contract specifications and funding rules.
  • Monitor Apprentice documentation for accuracy and completeness, reflecting true learning progress.
  • Deliver high-standard training programs and assess learners in their workplaces across the regional area.
  • Complete Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), map learning routes, and reference evidence for Standards and Functional Skills.
  • Maintain attendance records and Off the Job contact hours to meet audit requirements.
  • Contribute to planning, achieving performance targets, and developing course materials.
  • Facilitate tests as required by awarding bodies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering one or more of the following: Operations Management level 5 Apprenticeship, Team Leading level 3 Apprenticeship, Coaching Level 5 Apprenticeship.
  • Occupational experience within the route ways delivering.
  • Delivery experience with the route ways delivering.
  • Full driving licence with use of own vehicle (If applicable).
