We are currently seeking an experienced Intensive Support Worker to join our team in Stafford. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in intensive support work and possess excellent communication skills. A reliable and proactive approach is essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively with challenging behaviour.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is estimated at £12.50 per hour, making it an attractive opportunity for those seeking a rewarding career in social care. Our benefits package includes 2 x salary life cover, access to our exclusive discount scheme, and optional overtime to increase income.

Job Description
Key responsibilities include assisting individuals to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities, offering stimulation and motivation through conversation and social activity, and supporting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and cleaning. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain accurate records and report any safeguarding concerns to the management team.
