Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Clinician to join our Community Learning Disability Intensive Support Team (IST) in South Staffordshire. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with MDT colleagues, service users, families, and caregivers to achieve positive life outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate assessment and interventions throughout the IST clinical pathway.
  • Develop and implement specialist behavioural assessments and Positive Behavioural Support plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Registered nurse with RNLD or equivalent experience.
  • Current professional registration with the NMC.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development and maintenance of portfolio.
