Flexible Tuition Role for Qualified Teachers

We offer part-time academic tutoring positions for skilled teachers in the northwest region. Our organization provides personalized education services for young people who have fallen outside the mainstream education system.
These students face various challenges, including:
- Autism, learning disabilities, and other SEND requirements
- Catch-up tuition for students in care, overcoming missed education periods
- School refusal and SEMH needs ranging from anxiety to severe mental health concerns
- Asylum seekers and formerly excluded students
We seek educators with empathy, patience, and strong teaching skills to help these students overcome their obstacles. The role allows you to select your preferred age group and offers the flexibility to choose when you want to start.
Teaching methods are adapted to each child's needs, focusing on English, Maths, and Life Skills while facilitating a successful return to mainstream education. Access to a vehicle is advantageous for traveling between sessions.
Key requirements:
- Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent
- Experienced tutor or educator
- Excellent planning and resource preparation skills
- Resilience and ability to manage challenging situations
- Understanding of diverse family circumstances and needs
Compensation and benefits:
