Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at beBee Professionals in Poole. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading high-performing sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Leadership: Lead high-performing sales teams, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet client needs, drive revenue growth, and expand our business.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a sales leadership role, with a strong track record of success.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Credentials: Strong understanding of CRM software and sales performance metrics, with a proven ability to utilize data to drive business results.
