Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - Banking Domain

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Response Informatics. As a Senior Business Analyst - Banking Domain, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and process improvements in the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of retail banking, savings, deposits, consumer finance, property finance, business finance, and lending business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement process improvements and new business initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on business processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and other professional documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
