Senior Support Worker Role at Voyage Care Ltd
Voyage Care Ltd is committed to providing exceptional support services to individuals with autism or learning disabilities. We are now seeking a dedicated Senior Support Worker to join our team in Taunton and lead our residential service.
In this role, you will work closely with the Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the service. Your responsibilities will include allocating shifts, arranging training sessions, inducting new staff members, conducting supervisions, managing medication, and facilitating financial planning for residents.
To succeed in this position, you must have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a proven track record of working with individuals with complex needs. We require someone who is passionate about improving people's lives and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
