You will bring an entrepreneurial approach and be skilled in program growth, financially literate, and experienced in the organizational management of a growing charity. With exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of building relationships and leading teams, you will be responsible for program and operational development, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring optimum performance and impact metrics for program delivery staff.

The role will bridge strategy and operations, overseeing and optimizing the charity's operations, finance, and governance to enable program growth and scale for continued success. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as second in command, you will co-shape and own the implementation plan of the 20/20 Levels Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive program growth and operational excellence
  • Lead and manage program delivery staff to ensure optimum performance and impact metrics
  • Oversee and optimize the charity's operations, finance, and governance to enable program growth and scale
