Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Wills and Estates Lawyer/Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our in-house legal team, you will be responsible for overseeing and dealing with all aspects of will writing and power of attorney services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the will writing and power of attorney services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist with estate administration, including probate and estate planning.
  • Develop and implement training programs for junior members of the team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to our clients.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other areas of the business, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Wills and Estates law, with a focus on will writing and power of attorney services.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing a team, with a focus on training and development.
  • Strong technical knowledge of estate administration and probate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
