About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join our team as a Senior Associate Solicitor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Private Client services across three regional offices, managing a team of three, and handling a varied caseload of wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications.

Key Responsibilities

  4. Provide expertise in tax, trusts, and contentious probate
  5. Ensure high-quality client service and maintain client relationships
Requirements
  1. Extensive experience in wills, powers of attorney, and probate applications
  2. Experience in tax, trusts, and contentious probate is desirable
  3. People management experience is advantageous but not essential
  4. Strong organisational and communication skills
  5. Ability to travel to Colchester and London offices as required
