We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Managing Director to lead our team at Elliot Marsh. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the overall strategy and direction of our business, ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional results and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy, aligning with our company values and mission
- Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence
- Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including revenue growth, cost management, and guest satisfaction
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving growth and expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic management in a similar industry
- Strong business acumen, with a focus on commercial financial management and growth
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for sustainability, environmental stewardship, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
