As a Senior Team Manager at Tim Hortons in Cornwall, ON, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will empower and inspire your team members with open communication and understanding.

This leadership role requires strong operational experience, as you will be responsible for planning and executing methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs. Your high standards for operational excellence will allow you to thrive in the fast-paced atmosphere of our restaurant.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your coaching and mentoring skills by training and recruiting new team members. With 3-5 years of quick service experience in a supervisory role, you will be an ideal candidate for this position.

We offer flexible scheduling, employee meal discounts, and premium rates of pay. Additionally, you will receive health benefits after a three-month probationary period.

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate a passion for guest service, building relationships with guests and your team, and having strong operational experience. You should also be comfortable delegating tasks and taking on the full responsibility of running a Tim Hortons restaurant.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
  • $60,000 per year (starting salary)
  • $70,000 per year (after 6 months)
  • $80,000 per year (after 1 year)
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs
  • Previous experience in Quick Service an asset

The estimated salary range is based on industry standards and takes into account the cost of living in Cornwall, ON.
