Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Organized Shifts: Manage daily operations, execute administrative tasks, and ensure seamless execution of restaurant procedures.
  2. Provide Leadership & Direction: Guide teams through challenges, foster open communication, and promote a positive work environment.
  3. Analyze Operation & Financial Metrics: Monitor performance indicators, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive growth.
  4. Train & Develop Team Members: Foster a culture of learning, provide constructive feedback, and help team members achieve their full potential.
  5. Schedule Facility Maintenance: Ensure timely maintenance, address facility needs, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  6. Manage Conflict Resolution: Address customer complaints, resolve employee conflicts, and promote a culture of respect and inclusivity.

Previous Experience:

Prior experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Hospitality, or Assistant Hospitality Manager would be valuable assets in this role. Additionally, experience at Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Canes, or Wendy's would demonstrate relevant skills and adaptability.
