The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Consultant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a transformative journey, shaping the future of AXA UK's healthcare business.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in leading end-to-end business change management plans, with expertise in change impact analysis, readiness assessment, culture change techniques, and stakeholder engagement. Your excellent understanding of change management skills and experience working in Agile environments will enable you to drive transformation and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans to maximize employee adoption and ensure delivery of benefits.
  • Conduct thorough change impact analyses and readiness assessments to inform strategic decisions.
  • Design and implement culture change programmes to drive organizational transformation.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and employees to ensure effective communication and engagement.
  • Leverage your change coaching and mentoring skills to empower sponsors and leaders to fulfill their change management responsibilities.

What We Offer

  • A competitive annual salary based on experience: £60,000 - £80,000.
