About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join our client's existing EMEIA team in Northern Ireland. As a key member of the team, you will provide day-to-day commercial contract support to a range of technology-focused businesses across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on commercial contracts and related legal matters
  • Support the development and implementation of commercial contracts strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, including German law
Requirements
  • 1-4 years' PQE in commercial contracts law
  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts and related legal matters
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • German language skills a distinct advantage
