About the Role:

eNL Legal Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their existing EMEIA team. The ideal candidate will have around 1-4 years' PQE and a strong background in commercial contract law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day commercial contract support across a range of technology-focused businesses across the region.
  • Advise on a range of legal matters impacting the businesses, including procurement contracts and customer contracts.
  • Partner with business teams across the EMEIA region to advise on contract negotiations and procurement.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in commercial contract law.
  • 1-4 years' PQE.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
