About the Job: As an Organizational Development Manager at Volunteer Centre Harlow, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting our mission in the community.
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our team and drive organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Maintain effective communication channels with team members, volunteers, and external partners.
- Ensure efficient use of resources through sound budgeting and planning practices.
- Promote our organization's values and mission through public awareness campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of planning and budgeting principles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Working Conditions: This role requires approximately 20-25 hours of work per week, with some flexibility to accommodate variable schedules.
Location: Opportunities exist in various locations, including Basildon, Billericay & Wickford, Braintree, Brentwood, and Chelmsford.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
