Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Research Engineer to join our team as an AI Incubator Lead. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for leading the development of cutting-edge AI solutions and driving innovation in the field of artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of AI solutions that drive business growth and improve lives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI research projects
  • Develop and maintain expertise in AI technologies, including deep learning and natural language processing
  • Design and implement AI models that meet business requirements and drive business outcomes
  • Work closely with the CTO to explore use cases and SOTA research in AI
  • Identify potential AI products and take them from idea to proof of concept and spin them into new startups

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI research and development
  • Expertise in AI technologies, including deep learning and natural language processing
  • Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup or as a founder
  • Uptodate with current research in AI
