Leaders In Care Recruitment is seeking a skilled Deputy Home Manager to join their team in Watford. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to residents and staff.
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care.
  • Recognise and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
  • Attend safeguarding training and seek appropriate advice when needed.
