Leaders in Care: Deputy Home Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are met, and that our residents receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Provide specialist nursing support and advice to ensure the highest standards of care.
  • Take responsibility for resident care in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic and person-centred care.
  • Recognise and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect.
  • Attend safeguarding training and seek appropriate advice when needed.

Requirements:
  • A valid NMC Pin.
  • Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice.
  • Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home.
  • Excellent mentoring and time management skills.
  • The ability to maintain meaningful records.
  • A positive, kind, and considerate approach to communication.
