Job Title: Deputy Home Manager Position

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Home Manager to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Deputy Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring clinical care exceeds professional standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide specialist nursing support and advice
* Take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence
* Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic care
* Recognise and report signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect
* Attend safeguarding training and seek appropriate advice when needed

Requirements:

* Valid NMC Pin
* Knowledge of National Standards and NMC code of practice
* Experience in person-centred care planning within a care home
* Excellent mentoring and time management skills
* Ability to maintain meaningful records
* Positive, kind, and considerate approach to communication
